Day 1: arrival in Kathmandu
This day you will arrive in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal and the city of temple. You will be warmly welcomed by the smiling faces in the mountainous country.
Day 2: Kathmandu valley sightseeing and trek preparation
As Kathmandu is also known as the city of temples, you will view the traditional Hindu and Buddhist temples and religious sites enlisted in the list of the world cultural heritage sites. You will also get to see the one of the finest woodwork, historical places and sculpture architecture in the process. In evening you will be made ready for the trek and prior information is given to you about the trail.
Day 3: fly to lukla(2800 mt.) and trek to Phakding(2652 mt.)
You will have the early flight to lukla today. In the flight you will watch the beautiful scenery of the mountains. After the launch in lukla you will have to do the easy trek to Phakding. You will get to encounter with the local smiling faces and the large prayer flags in the way. You can experience the local culture and community in Phakding.
Day 4: trek to Namche Bazzar(3440 mt.)
Today is the day to enter the world famous Khumbu region. You will pass through the various suspension bridges and cross the rivers like Dudh Koshi and vote Koshi. You can observe the panoramic view of the towering mountains and get to trek in the diverse landscapes. You will observe the Himalayan floras on the way and smiling faces will welcome you till Namche bazaar.
Day 5: acclimatization day at Namche Bazzar
Today you have to acclimatize to the high altitude. You will get to experience and get the knowledge of the lifestyles of the Sherpa community ’the sons of the mountains’. You will get to observe the local culture, religion of the local people. You can also watch the panoramic view of the mountains from the different viewpoints.
Day 6: trek to Tyangboche(3867 mt.)
Today you have the most beautiful scenery of the trail. You will be trekking side by side to the mountainous view. The landscapes, huge prayer flags, the terraced human habitat will absolutely fascinate you. The Tibetan influenced monasteries will also make you feel happy. The local culture, Himalayan faunas and floras and the smiling faces makes your journey most memorable.
Day 7: trek to Khumjung(3750 mt.)
Today you again continue the trail with the beautiful scenery. You will be walking through the paved stone and the changing landscapes. Your trail is also fallowed through the snowy way in the season. You will be reaching the hidden valley, Khumbu village. The landscape changes constantly through the forested and suspension bridge way. You can visit the khumjung monastery too.
Day 8: trek to Thame(3800 mt.)
Today you will pass through the khunde village, which is also famous for producing many climbers. You will also pass through the Syangboche airstrip and the beautiful scenery of the mountains that you will never forget. You will visit the school established by sir Edmund Hillary. You will come across the different monasteries and the habitats of the Sherpas. The breathtaking view of the mountains will obviously enchant you.
Day 9: trek to Monju(2680 mt.)
You will be passing Namche bazaar through the Mvillage. The diverse landscapes continue today also. The magical view of the mountains will also fallow you till Monju. You will be descending downwards over viewing the enchanting scenery and the smiles of the local people.
Day 10: trek to lukla(2800 mt.)
Today is the ultimate day for your trail. You will be experiencing the great magical scenery and the heavenly smiles of the local people. The majestic mountains will bid a farewell to you. In lukla you can relax and gather all the magical memory you had during the trek. You will never forget your journey in the Himalayas.
Day 11: fly back to Kathmandu
Today you will be flying back to Kathmandu bidding a goodbye to the everest region. Today you have the last minute time to buy the gifts, souvenir etc. to your friends and families back in your place. You can hang out in Thamel in the evening and relax.
Day 12: departure
Today is the time to bid a farewell to the mountainous and the beautiful country of Nepal. You will surely feel that once is not enough to visit this country. Farewell friends……. Memory remains.
